Structural Fabrication

Our new cutting machine cuts Plates, beams, angle and channel to +/- 0.032" tolerance over 20'. This technology, along with the skill and experience of the fabricators, allows us to build large Structural projects with exacting the same as per drawing

Piping Work

We have an expert team for piping work as all pipe supports and attachment welds to the pipe welded in accordance with the same welding procedure as used for the piping class. Temporary supports shall be used during pipe-work installation to prevent overstressing the pipe work.

Heavy Steel Plate Cutting & Piercing

We have facility to cut heavy-duty plates by Oxy-fuel cutting system that can be used on mild steel plates Up to 75 mm thick, where as for thinner plates up to 6 mm, we are cutting on Shearing machine. We have in house facility for piercing of different diameter holes as well.

Punching, Bending & Forming

Punching, bending and forming of metals can be straight forward or a complex craft. Our creativity and experience allow us to tackle the most difficult geometries successfully.

We have 3 plate rolls and a large capacity angle roll. This allows us to roll cylinders up to 10' long and 4/1" thick. Our operators have the experience to hold tight tolerances and roll shapes, such as cylindricals, ovals or cones.

Sheet metal and Duct Fabrication

We here at Pacific Hitech have developed two very unique areas of expertise in the HVAC duct fabrication area.

The first is our ability to work with customers to identify their specific collection needs based on the requirements.

The second area of expertise stems from the first, in that we have learned to take these individual solutions and develop standardized products that can address the majority of similar problems.

Pipe Support System

Pipe-work installed above ground is required to be secured, through the use of brackets, clips or hangers.
These components can be used to create a pipe support system for your pipe-work.
We are taking care for design of your pipe support system; to ensure that your system is:

1. Made of material that is compatible with the pipe-work
2. Securely attached to the supporting structure
3. Designed to withstand the applied loads
4. Protected against corrosion, if pipe-work is installed in a corrosive environment
5. Clamped securely for movement, unless designed to allow for thermal movement
6. Not supported by short pieces of pipe-work welded to the pipe-work surface

Cable Tray, Cable Ladder, Cable Trunking & Support System

Pacific Hitech cable tray systems are manufactured in accordance with the precise standards. Thus ensuring standardization of materials used, as well as load-bearing capacities.
